Nico Popp (Senior Advisor)
Nico is currently VP of Innovation at VeriSign, responsible for new product initiatives for VeriSign's corporate business units. Nico has also served as VP and General Manager, Authentication Services where he was responsible for all authentication products. Before VeriSign, Nico served as CTO at RealNames and in engineering positions at NeXT.
Nico has a Masters of Science in Robotics from Stanford University.
Stewart Bonn (Senior Advisor)
Stewart is a successful serial entrepreneur. He is best known for his 12 years at Electronic Arts. Starting as a producer when the company was founded, he rose up the ranks to become Senior Vice President and General Manager of the worlds largest interactive studio.
Stewart has also been the VP at an Internet service start-up which has been acquired by Yahoo, spent 3 years as CEO of a venture backed software publishing start-up that worked closely with the entertainment industry, and 3 years as a Production Executive at an Internet service start-up which provided social network services to massively multiplayer virtual worlds.
Francesco Zappacosta (Founder)
Francesco has experience with early stage startups from both the investor and operational perspectives. Most recently, Francesco helped found BioQuiddity, a San Francisco based medical device startup focused on disposable infusion devices. There, Francesco helped create the business plan, raise funding, and develop the product roadmaps. Francesco also has worked for 3 years as Director of Investment at an early-stage VC firm focused primarily on high-tech and consumer products.
Francesco holds a MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a Dual-BA in European Studies and History from UCLA.
Jonathan Solomon (Founder)
Jonathan Solomon is a seasoned CEO and entrepreneur with a solid track record of over 15 years of experience in creating, operating and growing entrepreneurial businesses. Jonathan played a key role in the Strategic Planning, Capital raise, Finance and Acquisitions functions. In 1994, Jonathan co-founded JD Logistics, the premium provider of warehousing and logistics services to multi-national companies in Moscow, Russia.
In 2000, Jonathan, help create the Tablogix group, where he led the company in acquiring a controlling interest in DCA Distribution, which expanded the company's client base to include Coca Cola, Tesco, and Nestle and increased annual sales to $40m. In 2002, Jonathan, as CEO, spearheaded Tablogixs purchase of a controlling interest in iForce Ltd, the U.K's leading digital B2B and B2C fulfillment provider. The combined entity has annual sales of approximately $100M.
Jonathan holds a BA in Finance from Syracuse University and a Masters Degree (Sloan Fellow) from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
